Rajasthan Tour & Travel understands that plans change. Our standard cancellation terms apply unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
More than 30 days before departure
Full refund of amounts paid, minus a 10% administrative fee and any non-refundable hotel or vendor deposits already committed on your behalf.
15–30 days before departure
50% of the total tour cost is refundable. Non-refundable vendor deposits apply.
Less than 15 days before departure
No refund unless we can re-sell committed services. We will always attempt to minimise your loss.
Force majeure
In cases of government restrictions, natural disasters or similar events, we will offer rescheduling or credit toward a future journey where possible.
